SHERYL EISENBERG-MICHALOWSKI is is a deaf liaison/advocate and the co-director of the Eisenberg & Baum Law Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing, which she helped to form in 2011. Deaf since birth, Ms. Eisenberg-Michalowski is fluent in American Sign Language. Ms. Eisenberg-Michalowski graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and a master’s degree in deaf rehabilitation and mental health counseling from New York University. She works to facilitate and provide resources and training on deaf and hard of hearing topics, and as a communication liaison. Ms. Eisenberg-Michalowski has experience working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. With her knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act and other relevant areas, she is committed to ensuring that every deaf or hard of hearing person has the quality of life and respect they deserve.

ANDREW ROZYNSKI, Esq. , is a partner at Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, and the co-director of the Eisenberg & Baum Law Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing. As a discrimination litigation practitioner, he concentrates on the protection of rights for Deaf persons under local, state and federal laws. Mr. Rozynski strongly believes deaf or hard-of-hearing persons have a right to be free from discrimination based on their disability and a right to be provided reasonable accommodations. He is committed to making sure that deaf individuals get the protections they deserve to the fullest extent of the law. With three Deaf relatives, Mr. Rozynski is fluent in sign language, understands Deaf culture, and is uniquely equipped to help the Deaf community. He has experience litigating several large multi-plaintiff cases and cases with national impact involving discrimination against Deaf persons, including cases profiled in publications such as The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, ABC News, Huffington Post, USA Today, and Associated Press. Mr. Rozynski has also appeared on television related to his focus of Deaf rights. Mr. Rozynski enjoys speaking to groups about the legal rights of Deaf persons and welcomes any opportunity to do so. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rozynski was the managing attorney of the Rozynski Law Firm , a law firm that serviced nearly exclusively deaf individuals.

ERIC M. BAUM, Esq., a co-founding and managing partner of Eisenberg & Baum, LLP, is the head of Eisenberg & Baum’s Litigation Group. Mr. Baum has extensive experience representing a broad range of clients who have sustained serious personal injuries. Mr. Baum also has extensive experience litigating discrimination, deaf rights, and sexual harassment cases. Throughout his career he has conducted hundreds of trials, mediations and arbitrations. Mr. Baum has represented clients in many high profile cases which have been featured on The Today Show, CNN, ABC News, Washington Post, and the New York Times.
Mr. Baum is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and the District of Columbia as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, District of New Jersey, and District of Connecticut.
